Dr. Brenda Grettenberger is one of the medical officers on deck at Dr. Pol’s world-famous animal clinic. She works as a senior staff veterinarian officer at the center.
Remarkably, Brenda has worked with Dr. Pol for about 28 years now, and the relationship they developed remains strong to this day.
Working at the popular animal center served as Dr. Brenda’s gateway into the world of television. Back in 2015, for instance, she was front and center in the reality show, ‘Calling Dr. Pol.’ Is Dr. Brenda still on television? That is the question we will try to answer in this review.
Dr. Brenda Pol is still on the show. Here’s the proof.
National Geographic has several popular shows. At the top of that list is The Incredible Dr. Pol.
The show was created by producers Jonathan Schroder and Monica Austin. It is based on Dr.Pol and all of the vets he has taken under his wing.
Over the years, Dr. Pol has collaborated with several medical experts. These include the likes of Sandra Wisniewski, and our subject for the day, Brenda Grettenberger.
The latter first appeared on the Nat Geo-sponsored show back on October 29th, 2011. Since then, Brenda has worked on several memorable episodes. Back in 2012, she appeared on the weirdly titled episode, ‘Holy Bat Attack.’
Eight years on, and people have started wondering if Dr. Brenda is still part of the show. Here is the proof; we learned that Dr. Brenda had been featured in four episodes of the Incredible Dr. Pol just this year.
These include titles like ‘Su-Pol Sized,’ ‘Sprain, Sprain, Go Away,’ ‘Supe-Pol-Stitious,’ and ‘Homeward Hound.’
The last episode just aired twelve days ago, more specifically, on the 1st of August 2020. For the moment, we can conclude that Dr. Brenda still plays an important role in The Incredible Dr. Pol.
Rumors about Dr. Brenda leaving Dr. Pol. Why?
Before the 16th season of The Incredible Dr. Pol hit the airwaves, thousands of fans were waiting on the edge of their seats to see if Dr. Brenda was still a part of the franchise.
Charles Pol, who is the son of Dr. Pol, sent the internet into a frenzy after posting an appreciative post centered on Brenda’s work at the clinic.
These posts are typically used as a way of thanking people who are about to leave a certain institution and embark on the next phase of their lives.

Fans were left wondering if Charles’ comments hinted at Brenda’s possible departure. The situation wasn’t helped by the fact that the National Geographic Network remained mum on the subject. Dr. Brenda was also not forthcoming on the information front, which only fueled the rumors and speculation.
Fortunately, however, Brenda would go on to appear on the 16th and the next seasons until season 22 aired on 2023. The rumors about her departure were completely fabricated as she remains an integral part of the Animal Clinic.

We are not sure whether Dr. Brenda Grettenberger is married to a husband or not. Judging by her age, however, the educated guess would be that she is not a single woman.
