The show’s cast includes two narrators, Josh Goodman, who has appeared in 46 episodes and still on, and Art Edmonds, who appeared in the first 14 episodes. It was at the peak of the festive season, the eve of Christmas, 25th December 2016. At 9 PM, Dr. Liz made a distress call to the Police asking for paramedic help. Upon arrival, the Police found her husband, Robert, unconscious.
Dr. Elizabeth Grammer told the Police that her husband had been drinking alcohol the whole day. After getting so drunk, he asked her for some medication that could make him feel better. She confessed to handing over to him butorphanol, a powerful narcotic drug also used as morphine. He gave himself a jab of 5mil of the drug and passed out.

Robert was admitted to Monroe Hospital that night, but that facility could not handle his case. He was transferred to Macon Medical center, where he has taken to the ICU under life support machine.

Sadly, he passed away after failing to respond to the life support machine. It then became a police case. Back in the house, Dr. Liz was found unconscious and was reported to have tried to take her own life. She was admitted to a psychiatric hospital.
After all these events, Dr. Elizabeth Grammar chose to lead a low profile life, far away from showbiz. She is practicing in a private veterinary clinic, but the exact facts of the name and location of the facility are unknown. What we surely know is that she left working with Dr. Pol.
Dale Lehnert.
Dale is a local farmer in Central Michigan. He is the owner of one of the small dairy farms known as Clay Knob. Dale and Pol have been friends for more than thirty years.
The fact that their line of work is related, Dale found himself as Dr. Pol’s staff. He was featured on the show for 25 episodes, having made his debut at the beginning of the show in 2011. Unfortunately, we could not get personal information about him, though he a man of age, probably in the same period set with Dr. Pol
Dale has been missing since the beginning of the sixteenth season. Reports have it that his farm has been under threat and was on the verge of losing it.

Brenda Grettenberger was born on February 23rd 1967, in Eaton Rapids, Michigan. Growing up amidst farmers on a dairy farm, she had a very interesting childhood.
It is during this phase of her life that she developed a keen interest in looking after large animals. Even before Brenda had graduated from high school, she had already cemented her place on her family’s farm.
She ended up leaving the dairy farm to pursue a veterinary degree at Michigan State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Brenda graduated from the institution back in 1992.
Immediately after leaving the institution, she was headhunted by Jan Pol and his wife, who brought her on board at Pol Veterinary Services.
Under Dr. Pol’s tutelage, Brenda went on to break gender barriers, treating a wide range of animals in the process. In her spare time, Brenda likes to read, write, and even train her own oxen!
